OTIS Workgroup Abstraction Forms
In CPCRN5 Year 2, the CPCRN Organization Theory for Implementation Science (OTIS) Workgroup synthesized 70 constructs from 9 organization theories with the objective of increasing implementation scientists’ access to a host of highly relevant yet heretofore untapped theories that have the potential to explain adoption, implementation, sustainability, and more. In June 2021, the Workgroup published nine Abstraction Forms to formally illustrate the corresponding theories, downloadable below:
